Gabinete Erasmus' Department of Quality Control is a direct and personal service we offer to all our customers, in order to satisfy their specific needs and guarantee the highest possible quality of the services we provide. See our quality control form. |
Recommendation:
- Whenever possible, provide us with a copy of the original text in an electronic format. Send it to info@gabinete-erasmus.com
- Always ask us for an electronic copy of our translations. This way, you will not have to type it out again, with the consequent risk of typing errors.
- For texts that are to be published, it is important to send us the galley proofs before the final version is printed. At this stage, we con correct any error that may have been made, either by us, or in the layout and printing process.
- Avoid last-minute jobs. We do not have a specific surcharge for urgent jobs, but we cannot guarantee the same standard of quality. This is especially true for translations into several different languages. These are projects that require far more planning prior to translation and monitoring during and after translation.
- If the original is a legal text, or of an especially important nature for the company/customer, ask for the translations to be stamped by a sworn translator, recognised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Our customers are often our best advisors. Please do not hesitate to make any suggestions you think could be useful. Please fill in our quality control form.
